Managing Your Club’s Finances

Effective financial management is crucial for any grassroots club in order to survive and be successful. Through effectively managing and planning your club’s finances, you will ensure your club continues to thrive for many generations to come – we call this becoming financially sustainable.

This course is suitable for anyone who is currently responsible for the finances of a community football club in Wales – usually the club treasurer. It will also be helpful for committee members of grassroots football clubs who would like to understand more about making their club financially sustainable for the future.
