FAW Talent ID Level 2 Award

The FAW Talent ID Level 2 Award builds on the knowledge and understanding developed through the FAW Talent ID Level 1 Award, providing learners with a deeper insight into the principles and practice of talent identification in football.

Designed for coaches, scouts and practitioners involved in identifying and developing talented players, the course explores both traditional and contemporary approaches to talent identification, encouraging learners to make informed, objective and evidence-based decisions.

Course Modules

The course is divided into four modules:

• Traditional, Technical and Data Scouting
• Bias and Relative Age Effect (RAE) in Scouting
• Technical Scouting
• Scouting Report Creation
