Environments for Her

Women and girls’ football has grown significantly in recent years, but many barriers still prevent female players of all ages from joining and staying in the game. This course explores the small but meaningful changes that clubs at every level can make to create a more inclusive, welcoming, and supportive environment for all female participants.

This course is suitable for anyone involved in football in Wales who has – or is looking to attract – female players. It has been developed to support all providers of women and girls’ football with key hints, tips and methods to ensure every female player across Wales can play football without fear, in a positive and inclusive environment.
